Hi my name is Brant S. I am in your period 9 class. I am writing about industrial disorder that is when one business was trying to put out other businesses by using new expensive machinery because they could afford it and lower costs because the new machines were more efficient to use. Some companies reduced the cost of oil storage cans by 15 cents saving more than $5 million dollars a year. People that worked for smaller companies had a hard time with paying for things because they never had money left over after paychecks because the company they worked for did make enough money to pay them a lot. One United States senator tried to fix the issue. He didn’t do anything about it he just pointed out the problems.
