I think Osama’s death was a benifet to the United States, but I also think it will not really change things. It’s a benefit to the United States because that means there’s one less terroist to harm the U.S. Bin Laden was known to be involved with the tragic incident of September 11, 2001. That day will be remembered forever because it had such a big impact on our country. I also think that with his death some things wont cghnage because he was not the only terriost out there. Our world has alot more terriosts who need to be captured, but one suspect down is better than none.

Hi my name is Kaitlyn M. and I am in Sal’s period three POD class. An example of a positive externality is when people get a vaccine for a certain disease that they are prone to get so that later in their life they will most likely not be able to get the disease. One way the government is trying to help is by increasing the level of production beyond what would be chosen privately. An example of a negative externality is the use of hairspray. They say that using hairspray breaks done the ozone layer, and that also is the layer that protects humans from the sun’s ultraviolet rays. One way the government is trying to intervene with this negative externality is by outlawing the aerosol cans. I think the governemnt can really help if they fully set their minds to it and make it happen.

Hello my name is Kaitlyn M. and I’m in Mr. Sal’s period three class. My project idea was to take ten pictures of things my friend and I did on October 10, 2010. I chose to take ten pictures, because I thought it would be neat to show everyone in my class and on the internet of what we did. I think my project idea was good and I did a job completeing it, although I had a few problems. The only thing I would change about my project would be taking more time to work on it and find different ways to be more creative with it. All in all I enjoyed doing the One Day on Earth project.

Hello my name is Kaitlyn M. and I am in Sal’s period three class. In the class this year I would like to learn more about technology and expand my knowledge in it. I expect to learn how to explore technology in different ways that will be helpful to my education now and in the future when I attend college. More so when it comes to the technology I would like to get deeper in how it all works. For example, using the I-Pods I would like to learn alot more about how they work and what all you can do on them. I have these goals because using technology in this day and age is very popular. In the subject of Sal’s class I would like to learn more about the real the world and what it’s like being an adult. For example, needing to know certain things for your job field in order to be successful in it, and also how to act professional while working.
