Hi, I am Maci W. I am in 9th period 20th Century History. The two expectations about the subject I have are I want to learn about World War 1 or 2. I think it would be interesting. I also want to learn about how America got involved in The Great Depression in the 30’s because I want to know why people lost their money. Two expectations that I have for the technology are one, I want to know how to fix mistakes (like when you log in and you do not hit a certain button) and two, I want to know how some people know how to get to a certain web site that I am not able to get to. I would like to learn how to do that.

My name is Lacey E. and I am a freshman, pd 8. In this class I would like to learn more about the iPods: how they work and ways to make using them easier. Also to be able to use the iPods will enhance me and my class learning experience. Using all the new sites is something pretty new to me, so I would like to be able to use them more easily. For my expectations for the class, I expect to be able to know the US Government and the things they do in greater depth than we were tought before. I would also like to know more about how all the branches of the military got initiated and why. As for Beaver County and New Brighton, I do not know many historical details about them. I do not know how, when, or who founded them. As for this class these are my expectations for Honors Economics.

My name is Amber M. I am a current student of Mr. Salvucci’s Honor Civics class. In this class, there are many things I would like to learn. The technology that we use in this class is something I have never used before in school, so I would like to learn a little more about it. I would also like to learn the history about our Government, Beaver county, and even the state of Pennsylvania. I also wouldn’t mind learning about subjects that we learned last year because everyone knows that people forget over summer break. I would like to learn old topics and much much more.

In this class, I expect to learn about the principals and documents of government. I also expect to learn about how the government works and what my rights and responsibilities are as a citizen, too. And lastly, I expect to learn about how international relationships work.

I am very interested in learning about the 20th Century. I want to learn about World War II because I think it is very interesting. I would also like to learn about the Assassination of JFK because he is one of my favorite presidents. I would also like to learn about the plot to kill Hitler. I want to learn about it because I watched the movie about it called Valkeryie and it seems very interesting and cool. I would like to learn more about the blog since this is my first time blogging and it’s pretty fun. I would also like to learn more about Emodo because it is like Facebook. This year is going to be fun in 20th Century with Mr. Salvucci!

I am DaiQuana in Mr. Sal’s 9th period 20th century class. An expectation that I have for this class is to learn more about black history during black history month. I also expect to remember things that I’ve learned and better understand why certain things are the way they are today. An expectation of the technology we use in class that I have would be that if we sign up for a website we should use it more than once or twice in the year. Another thing I expect is to know how to do everything as far as knowing where certain things are on the iPods. Those are my expectations for 20th century.

My name is Leslie M. and I am currently a freshman at New Brighton High School. In my eighth period honors economics class, I hope to learn more about the technology we are using. For example I would like to learn how to use the iPod touches and the blogs better. I would like to improve my knowledge of these so that it would not only will it make things easier for this class, but for future references as well. Also I would like to learn about the history of Beaver County because even though I have lived here my whole life, I am certain that there are some very interesting facts that I don’t know anything about. It would also be interesing to learn about the rights and responsibilities of citizenship and how International Relationships function because I am not very familar with either of these subjects.

This year I would like to learn about what is actually going on right now in the world. One specific thing would be world hunger, because I think it is important to know how everone else is living much worse than us. Unlike learning about things that happened a long time ago, because things have changed. Not only would I like to learn about the things going on now and days, But I want to learn more about how to use different websites and really learn to get used to these blogs, because I want to learn more about technlogy than I do now.

Hello, my name is Brady. Some of my expectations for this class are to advance my skills in new technologies that are recently coming around. I want to do this because I think that in my future these skills will come in handy. I also expect to learn some about politics and some current world events, I would like these skills because I would just actually like to start and get involved in knowing what is going around in the world. Those are my expectations.

Hi I’m chyenne & I’m in mr sal’s pod class,I would like to learn how to balance a check book, I feel that i need to Learn about this because I am entering adulthood pretty soon & I have no clue how to balance a check book so it’s time for me to learn another thing I would like to learn about is psychology. The reason I’ m interested in learning about this is because i would really like to go to school for it.this year i want to learn more about the different technology that we’re using, i really am intrested in the fact that we’re using ipod’s to do our class work. Another thing that i like is the edmodo cite that we’re using, it seems intresting & easy to to do.
