Osama Bin Laden is known around the world as the guy who was in charge of September 11. He was made the Top ten most wanted in the world. Osama was a leader of Al-Qaeda when they knocked the Towers down. George Bush could never catch the Great Osama becuase Bush had no idea were he was at. Osama death is a huge thing in America because we been after him for like nine years and we finally caught him. I hope Obama is ready to end the war in the next few months. Osama’s death is way bigger than the royal wedding. The royal wedding has nothing to do with America and we have no business in caring about the wedding in my eyes. Osama’s death should a a parade cermony in America. Its a great day to be an American.

Osama Bin Laden is on the FBI’s most wanted for a long time, and now they finally got him. He was reponsible for the attacks on Septemper 11, 2001 and bombing  in London, France and Spain. He had the whole entire world pretty much after him. The mideastern countries had a different idea of him. They thought he was good and did nothing wrong. On May, 1 2011 the U.S forces of 25 men caught him then killed him, becasue he refused to surrender. The world now is a better place without him, and we all should feel safer now.

I think there should be more coverage about the death of Osama than the royal wedding. The royal wedding isn’t a main event that his going to benefit or harm the U.S., however, the death of Osama Bin Laden is a big event for the U.S. We have been searching for him for countless years and finally found him. Also, the death of him could cause a retaliation which wouldn’t be good for the U.S. The U.S. needs to think more about things that could happen to the U.S. and not that the prince of England is getting married.

Osama Bin Laden was killed by U.S. Special forces on May 1, 2011. The Special forces team located Bin Laden inside his mansion in Pakistan. Once killed, the body of Bin Laden was taken to be buried in the sea. I believe that this was a great happening, although it may lead to further and far greater acts of retaliation by the Pakistan and Afghanistan people, because we have finally found the man we have been searching for for ten years.

This is Cassandra R from period 6 20th Century. On April 29, 2011 the Royal Wedding was held for William and Kate Middleton. The wedding was held at Westminster Abbey, which is home to great amounts of English history. This wedding held a huge purpose in the English’s culture. After Prince William’s father, Prince Charles, takes the throne William will then become king of England. We, as American’s, are fascinated by this wedding due to it’s extravagance. Although it holds no real importance to us, we enjoy watching such a monumental moment. The wedding was beautiful and was a happy occasion to enjoy despite whatever problems America is having. A major difference I saw during the wedding was that Kate was not the only one wearing white, unlike our traditions. I found it interesting that the wedding is such a magnificent thing in England. We do not make such great deals of any weddings, no matter how important the person is. American’s do not rejoice in the happiness of our leaders. The Royal Wedding was a wonderful thing to watch and enjoy for all Americans.

The United States killed Osama Bin Laden. Therefore, i feel as if that puts the United States in danger. I feel as if some one from Pakistan is going to come over to the United States and bomb us, or do something crazy. It’s great that we found him, but it still makes me scared. He was our biggest rivalry. The United States solders weren’t supposed to be in Pakistan in the first place. It is now unpredictable the events that might occur in the nearby future in our country due to this. Even though the death of Bin Laden is a huge accomplishment it still scares me.

The fact that Osama Binladen has been killed brings up more questions then answers. Sure we have captured of our biggest rivalries we’ve been waiting to find over the years, but now that we have him killed, what is to come? Anything is possible. Who next is to come up and fill his position? What unpredictable invents are going to happen like with Binladen? We don’t know what is going to happen and we cant prepare for it if we don’t know who, what, when, or where it’ll come. We have to be aware that his men are just as dangerous as he once was. Though Binladen being gone may seem like such an accomplishment, it really just brings into terms other possible disastrous events that can happen. This will continue till the war events are over, and who knows how long that could be.

Hello, this is Tori G from 6th period 20th century. The Royal Wedding was for Groom William, and Bride Kate. William is a prince. England is where all of this took place. This wedding was very exciting because after his father is king, Prince William will take the throne. The wedding was held in the Westminister Abbey.  American’s were very excited about this wedding for many reasons. One reason is how extravagant and ostentatious the wedding was. From her florid gown, to the enourmous outcome; the wedding was top notch. I feel that The wedding was beautiful and a big influence on everyone. As far as publicity they got it. I also feel like there are more important things than a person’s wedding though. In contempt of bigger things happening, whether it be war or other causes. Even though the Royal Wedding is irrelevent to most peoples lives; it was a nice sight to see and share with them.

Hi this is Elena H. In England the royal wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton. The wedding is important because Prince William is second in line for the throne and his bride isn’t royal. I think Americans are so interested in this wedding because it’s something happy we all can celebrate. The main differences I saw about this wedding and other weddings is that this ones bigger and something like 1.3 million people came to see the new couple. One thing I found interesting is how modest it was compared to other royal weddings.
